Package includes training sessions 5 days/week, use of the BridgeTracker App, nutrition consulting, and a K2 Performance Training T-shirt. Have access to all the fitness equipment you need, but are looking for some guidance with programming? We can help! Personalized training programs are offered through the BridgeTracker App. The app makes following the program and tracking progress easy with videos to demonstrate exercises. Leave the program design to us so you just have to put in the work.
